• We are enthusiasts producing products for fellow enthusiasts.
• Our in-house graphic designer (Nick) has 15+ years of experience as a qualified graphic designer. Nick has a working knowledge of the vehicle graphic industry and his liveries are designed using the same process and skills as full-scale liveries.
• As we are enthusiasts, we have to be 100% happy with what we produce. We wouldn’t sell them if we weren’t happy putting them on our own cars. Our quality and service are paramount.
• We pride ourselves on our customer service, if you are not completely happy we will do everything in our power to fix it.
• We have been producing RC graphics since 2018, sending them all over the world, this is something we are very proud of and genuinely enjoy.

• If you live in the UK, your cost will be £50. If you live outside of the UK, it will cost £62. These prices include a custom-designed livery printed on high-quality polymeric, cast, wrap vinyl which is contour-cut and ready to apply. Tracked and insured postage and packaging is also included.

• In order to get the ball rolling you are required to pay a £30 deposit, this is to secure my time. Once the design is complete the remaining balance will be requested before production.
• The preferred payment method is by BACS, however, we do also accept PayPal (additional fees may apply if paying by ‘Goods and Services’). These details will be included in your invoice.

• Yes, we produce team graphics that are personalised per driver (door name and number). Discounts are available on multiples of 10+ and 20+ or more, a quote can be provided on application.

• Yes, all our stickers contour-cut unless requested otherwise. description

• Once we receive your deposit, we aim to have a design back to you within 48 hours. Once you are happy with the design and you have paid your balance in full, production will commence. The production times can vary, however, we aim to complete within 7-10 working days, after which your livery will be posted. Postage times will depend on your location.

• At Zeromax, it is important to us that you are happy with the product you receive. We achieve this by having a pre-design discussion around your thoughts and expectations, we also encourage you to send us reference pictures and examples of things you have seen and like the look of.
• We can make changes once the initial concept has been developed, and we are happy to make changes until you are completely happy.

• Yes, as the decals are contour-cut and printed on high-quality wrap vinyl, they are easy to apply.
• We recommend a clean and dry bodyshell, using a cotton bud (or Q-tip) or a soft cloth to apply to smaller areas. Preferably apply indoors, at room temperature to aid adhesion. Once applied, it is beneficial to gently heat with a hairdryer (known as post-heat), as this aids adhesion. Please wait for 24 hours before contact as this is when adhesion has reached its maximum bond.
• It is not recommended to apply decals using water.

• We aim to produce colours as close to your design as possible, however it is not always guaranteed to produce specific colours. If a specific colour is required, before production a colour chart can be printed and sent to you (for an additional fee) to ensure you are 100% happy with the colour you choose.
• Due to how the decals are produced there are limitations in the types of colours available, for example, we cannot print fluorescent colours, chrome or metallics. If these are required, there may be an option to produce these as separate vinyl overlays, however, this is dependent on the intricacy of the design. These overlays would be charged at an additional cost.

• No, this is not a service we offer. This is due to the limitations when applying clear vinyl (clear vinyl is not as forgiving when adhering to complex contours), and the quality of printed colours on clear is not as strong as we would like.

• At present, we do not offer a service where you can keep your design. This is to protect the quality of the designs produced by ZeroMax RC. If you require to own your design, a quotation can be provided upon request.
